Registration
Please read through these terms before registering to take a test : Registration Terms
1. Registration
- Registration is open to all candidates, regardless of the state in which they reside.
- DFP sessions are organized with up to four (4) candidates at a time.
To REGISTER, please follow these steps:
- PAY FEE online
- Fill out the REGISTRATION FORM
- Email form and scan of ID to: exams@afdallas.org
*** IMPORTANT ***
- To complete registration, PAYMENT and REGISTRATION FORM must be submitted BEFORE the registration deadline.
- If proper documentation is not received by requested deadline, registration will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued.
- Please note REGISTRATIONS CLOSE 15 days prior to the exam date – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please be aware that if our capacity is reached before the registration deadline, registrations may close early.
2. Cancellations/ Date Change Requests
- Any cancellation request submitted prior to the registration deadline – at least two weeks prior to the exam date – will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Within two weeks before the day of the test or no-shows: no refund will be issued.
- Within two weeks before or the day of the test, for documented illness or other documented emergencies: upon approval of the Chamber of Commerce and
Industry Paris Ile-de-France, the test can be rescheduled (see Art. 8 above, then “Annulations et reports d’inscription”). A 50$ change fee will be charged. - Any date change request submitted prior to the registration deadline – at least two weeks prior to the exam date – will incur a $25 change fee.
3. Schedule
- Once set, the exam schedule (date and times) may not be altered.
- The Alliance Française de Dallas reserves the right to cancel a test in case of force majeure (weather event, technical issues, etc.). In such instance, the AF Dallas team will reach out to the candidates to determine next steps.
4. Proof of identity
Candidates will be required to bring official proof of identity on their examination day. Only passports, national ID cards, and photo driver licenses will be accepted. Failure to produce one of the above-mentioned documents will deny a candidate’s access to the examination room.
5. Results
Results are usually available two to four weeks after the examination day. Candidates will be informed by email, by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris Ile-de-France. No scores will be given by phone to candidates.
